Section 1

1 General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ac68 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ac68 website at ac68.club, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any related services, features, or content provided through the platform (collectively, "the Service").

ac68 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. The Service includes, but is not limited to, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino games provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Nolimit City, and other certified providers, crash and instant-win games, and all associated account, payment, bonus, and support functionality.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the ac68 platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion or game rule, the more specific document shall take precedence for that particular matter.

ac68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written and published in English. The English-language version is the authoritative and legally binding version. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be treated as superseding the English version.

Section 2

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ac68 Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Service is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ac68 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Service in a professional capacity on behalf of an employer or entity that operates in competition with ac68.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the ac68 platform or any similar platform.

ac68 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Such documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to ac68's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

Jurisdiction

The ac68 platform is made available primarily to players in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or making a deposit. ac68 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom (where a separate UKGC licence is required), France, the Netherlands, and any other jurisdiction ac68 designates from time to time. This list may be updated without notice.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the ac68 platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different device, or a different payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ac68 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ac68 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals without compensation.

Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your ac68 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number (used for account verification), and any other information reasonably requested by ac68 as part of the registration or ongoing verification process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac68 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ac68 of unauthorised access. You should contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ac68 account that you do not use on any other website.
• Never share your password, OTP codes, or bKash/Nagad PINs with any person claiming to be ac68 staff.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious login activity or account access to [email protected] without delay.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ac68 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related transfers — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ac68 supports the following payment methods natively for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ac68 is ৳500 per transaction via mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your ac68 wallet balance immediately upon successful completion of the mobile wallet transaction under normal operating conditions. ac68 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider, network outages, or mobile financial service downtime. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the processing times of the receiving institution. ac68 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld where ac68 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending bonus wagering requirements.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ac68 account holder.
• ac68 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• Players may only withdraw funds that have been deposited and played through in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.
• ac68 reserves the right to limit, delay, or reverse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of account verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

ac68 is committed to ensuring that player funds are held securely and separately from the Company's operational funds. Player balances represent a liability of ac68 to the player and are maintained in a dedicated account structure designed to protect player funds in the ordinary course of business.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ac68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of this period and are removed from the account balance without compensation.
• ac68 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the published terms of that specific offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ac68 may, at its sole discretion, request that a player complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal that includes bonus winnings.

Section 6

6 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets, wagers, and casino game rounds placed on the ac68 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, game, or event, as published on the platform or within the applicable game interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

Odds for all sports markets — including cricket BPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are set by ac68's trading team and updated in real time. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the platform, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked and will not be altered.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, cancellation, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with ac68's standard void and postponement rules published on the platform. In general, bets on a void or abandoned match are returned to the player's account at the original stake amount, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

Casino and Live Casino

All slot and RNG casino games available on the ac68 platform are sourced from certified third-party game studios whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. ac68 does not modify game logic or RNG parameters. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the game studio and available within the game interface.

Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other third-party live dealer studios. The rules of each live casino game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the studio's own game rules, which players are required to read before participating.

Bet Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds being displayed due to a feed error or human error, ac68 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. ac68 is not liable for any losses, damages, or loss of profit arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. In the case of a game malfunction on any casino title, the rules of the relevant game studio apply.

Section 7

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the ac68 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or identity to access the Service.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with ac68.
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or engage in any other financially criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended by ac68.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any form of coordinated abuse of the platform's betting markets or bonus system.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted area of the ac68 platform without authorisation.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity to make deposits on the platform.

ac68 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach of these obligations is identified, ac68 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets, wagers, and game rounds placed in connection with the prohibited activity; withhold or forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals; and share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

Section 8

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ac68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ac68 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; the player has used the platform from a restricted jurisdiction; or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ac68 account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification or investigation is pending.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to contact [email protected] and specifically request a self-exclusion closure. Self-exclusion closures are treated with the highest priority and are processed as quickly as possible. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, self-exclusion-based, or initiated by ac68 — your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive account closure will remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to clauses relating to fraud, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
